Sunny Singh (2012 scholarship recipient) has had to overcome more barriers than most MIA students, after moving to Griffith from his birthplace of Kenya at the age of 6 years.
MI’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Raveen Jaduram, said the program is designed to help young people to reach their career goals and congratulated Sunny on receiving the scholarship. "We understand there are significant costs associated with leaving the local area to attend university".
