EASYWATER is Murrumbidgee Irrigation's online and telephone water ordering system. It is designed to allow customers to place new irrigation orders, as well as monitor their water account balances at a time convenient to them, rather than just during business hours.

If you require assistance using EasyWater call 6962 0200 or drop in to the Griffith or Leeton offices.

Through EASYWATER customers are able to:
arrow Lodge new irrigation orders
arrow Access up-to-date information on current entitlement, available water and orders lodged
arrow Communicate with Planners

When ordering over the phone, you may find it useful to fill in the Preparation Sheet, located on page 2 of the Phone User Guide above, before dialing the EASYWATER order line.

Orders can be lodged 24 hours a day but a minimum order notice of 48 hours (2 days) is required.

A standard change is a request lodged prior to 10am on the current day for a change required the following day.
An urgent change is a request lodged on the current day or a request lodged after 10am on current day for a change required the following day.
