Customer quick contact register

Our quick contact service is a free, electronic messaging service that conveys information that may be of importance or interest to you as quickly as possible.  Our SMS service is used to send you notifications such as allocation announcements and access to supplementary water events. Our email and / or fax service is used to distribute our monthly customer newsletter featuring company news and announcements as well as copies of company media releases that may be of interest to you. (Please note that this same information is also posted on our website.)

SMS Service – sign up to receive notification of:

  • the commencement and closure of company water delivery services
  • annual allocation announcements from the NSW Office of Water
  • access to supplementary water
  • potential delivery constraints
  • rules and contract updates
  • meeting reminders

E-mail and Fax Service – sign up to receive notification /distribution of:

  • our monthly company newsletter featuring company news and announcements
  • customer memos such as the commencement and closure of water delivery services, potential delivery constraints
  • copies of company media releases such as opening of scholarship applications.
