OFF ALLOCATION WATER

OFF ALLOCATION (Supplementary General Access) water will be available (for general security customers only), in limited quantities beginning Friday 3rd September and finishing on the morning of Tuesday 7th September.

Off Allocation water will only be supplied to outlets where works and conditions permit and supplies may be rationed if the demand exceeds our availability.

Water orders need to be placed by normal process. Water cannot be delivered without an order.

No credits on inability to supply off allocation water will be considered.
