MURRUMBIDGEE IRRIGATION CONDUCTS CUSTOMER SURVEY

Murrumbidgee Irrigation will be conducting a survey to assess the implementation of MIA EnviroWise and gauge customer satisfaction regarding service levels and representation.

MIA EnviroWise (Murrumbidgee Land and Water Management Plan) receives significant government funding. As the implementor of MIA EnviroWise Murrumbidgee Irrigation is required to undertake a survey to determine the success or otherwise of the implementation and to gather information on the true cost to landholders.

In addition, the Company wishes to survey its customers regarding service levels, communication and marketing, and levels of representation.

The 2004 survey will be conducted by Company field staff during the winter period. The survey will take between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete. Irrigators will be contacted by Murrumbidgee Irrigation during the next two months to arrange a suitable time to complete the survey.
