Allocation history

2009/10 SEASON to-date

Carryover:

  • Under the Water Sharing Plan (WSP), General Security customers have the ability to carryover unused water at the end of a season into the following season, up to a limit of 30% of their General Security Water Entitlement.

  • General Security announced allocation plus any carryover cannot exceed 100% of their Water Entitlement.

  • On-allocation use plus General Security surplus use cannot exceed 85%.

  • At present the WSP is suspended, allowing High Security customers to carryover water under the same rules as General Security with the exception that High Security announced allocation plus any carryover cannot exceed 95% of their Water Entitlement.

  • Carryover is no longer lost if dam spills.
