Customer Engagement

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Engagement team in Griffith (Riverina, NSW), which is located in one of the most diverse and progressive farming regions in Australia.
This full-time position has a 12-month term with potential for extension.

The successful applicant will play a critical role in helping us better understand our customers and their needs. For further details about this role please refer to the Position Summary and Advertisement.

Murrumbidgee Irrigation offers an attractive salary and access to salary packaging for superannuation, novated lease and remote area housing.

Qualifications / skills

The successful applicant will have: excellent listening and engagement  skills; ability to identify opportunities for customers and the company that lead to growth and development;  ability to work in a team environment; understanding of WHS and safe work procedures; and a ‘C’ class driver licence.
