5% allocation enhancement

Allocation enhancements are issued from efficiency savings to support productive agriculture in the region and encourage activities that provide further efficiency savings.

This 5% enhancement will be automatically credited to customers’ accounts on 4 September 2023.

Eligible customers are irrigation customers (excluding Towns and S&D customers) who have more than 250DEs and who have paid their annual accounts or are in an approved payment arrangement, which is up to date, as at 28 August 2023.
