This 1% enhancement will be automatically credited to eligible customer accounts on 8 September 2026.
This enhancement is a based on the recently announced General Security allocation, forecast deliveries, anticipated water trading prices and the overall cost environment in which we are operating.
Eligible customers are irrigation customers (excluding Towns, S&D and Cudgel customers) who have more than 250DEs and who have paid their annual accounts or are in an approved payment arrangement as at 8 September 2026.
