Customer Operations Centre
Our current Customer Operations Centre hours are 6am - 11pm, 7 days a week, with the potential to ramp up to 24 hours a day in peak watering periods.
Contacting the Customer Operations Centre is as simple as calling 02 6962 0200 and pressing 1 when prompted.
We are available for Supply and Drainage issues outside of Customer Operations Centre hours simply follow the same process as above (call 02 6962 0200 and press 1 when prompted) and you will be diverted to our after hours on-call.
