Allocation enhancements are issued from efficiency savings to support productive agriculture in the region and encourage activities that provide further efficiency savings. With a low opening GS allocation of 4%, this 4% enhancement from MI gives customers a better opportunity to increase crop production this season.
This 4% enhancement will be automatically credited to customers’ accounts in the first week of September 2025.
Eligible customers are irrigation customers (excluding Towns and S&D customers) who have more than 250DEs and who have paid their annual accounts or are in an approved payment arrangement.
