We are pleased to share that MI's new Strategic Direction 2026-2036 is now available to view on our website.
This document has been shaped by valuable feedback from our customers, stakeholders and employees as part of our Strategy and Corporate Plan Refresh. Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in surveys and interviews and share their perspectives on MI's future.
To support the process, Lecroma and VUCA Trust Advisors conducted a detailed analysis of the feedback received through the consultation program. Their findings are summarised in the MI Insights Brief, which is also available on our website.
