WaterNSW have completed their annual maintenance program at Gogelderie Weir (Sturt Canal), and the Weir will now be able to meet expected supply demand.
The gates at Berembed Weir (Main Canal) are being withdrawn from operations this week. Works will be in July, and the Weir will be able to meet expected supply demand by early August.
There may be interruptions to water supply over the next month.
To assist with planning and minimise disruptions, please place orders ASAP via MI Connect. We will make every effort to meet demand using available resources within our integrated network.
We are aligning our channel maintenance and upgrades with the WaterNSW works to reduce impacts to supply. If you are in an area where these works are planned, we will be in touch.
