We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Griffith-based team and help drive practical, enterprise-wide improvements across our systems, processes, reporting and customer outcomes.

About the role
Working across multiple business functions, you will identify opportunities to improve the way we work, streamline processes, strengthen information flows and support better decision-making across the organisation. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges, analyse requirements, and help design practical solutions that deliver meaningful and lasting business value.
You will play an important role in identifying process gaps, improvement opportunities and practical solutions that support better decision-making, stronger information flows and improved customer, operational and organisational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major business improvement and digital transformation initiatives, influence how the organisation operates, and help shape the future of our systems, processes and customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Well-developed communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, enterprise process improvement, business transformation, information systems or project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business improvement, system implementation or organisational change initiatives.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify practical, sustainable and value-driven solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive, curious and improvement-focused mindset.
- Current Class C motor vehicle licence.
Experience delivering enterprise system projects within TechnologyOne or a similar ERP environment will be highly regarded. Previous experience in infrastructure, utilities, water, asset investment or another asset-intensive sector will also be advantageous.
