We are looking for a Manager - Assets to join the Asset Performance and Delivery team at this exciting time. This role is a pivotal role that provides program leadership in our ongoing capital upgrades, modernisation and water-savings projects.
About the role
You will lead a team of asset engineers and other professionals driving continuous improvement of our network and infrastructure to deliver water in the best way possible.
Reporting to the General Manager - Asset Performance and Delivery, the Manager - Assets will be responsible for providing leadership and support to plan and lead asset management programs, projects and initiatives that focuses on asset lifecycle management, risk management, and performance monitoring to deliver fit-for-purpose maintenance and capital programs that align & benefit the long-term strategic goals of the organisation.

About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and accreditation with Engineers’ Australia
- Extensive experience of asset management, engineering design, and maintenance principles
- Extensive experience of safe work procedures, practices & relevant state regulations
- Demonstrated ability to display values led and performance enabling leadership, engage in positive communication, accountability & connection.
- Ability to integrate geospatial technologies into strategic decision-making to support operational efficiency and informed planning
- High levels of data literacy with a demonstrated ability to perform advanced data analytics, complex fault finding/investigations and implementing performance KPIs
- Current ‘C’ class motor vehicle license
- Live in or be willing to relocate to the Griffith Area (or its surrounds).
- A ‘can do’ attitude focused on delivering outcomes
