We are looking for a Stores and Logistics Offers to join the Maintenance & Logistics team. 
 
About the role
The Stores and Logistics Officer will be reporting directly to the current Coordinator Mechanical Workshop and Stores. The Stores and Logistics Officer will:
    - Provide governance, inventory management, procurement, storage and physical distribution of goods & materials 
- Proactively manage materials including receiving, handling and despatching purchased goods at designated material storage locations as per the approved  process & safety plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation, recording and monitoring of product is adhered to. 
- Be responsible for movement and storage of products. Unload and load trucks whilst monitoring the project key performance indicators such as safety, quality, damage & dispatch timeframes.
- Ensure that a high level of housekeeping is maintained within the material storage areas.

About you 
    - Current ‘C’ class motor vehicle licence 
 
- Forklift licence
 
- A high level of initiative, the ability to think laterally and work autonomously as required
 
- Ability to foster a positive and productive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
 
- Demonstrated and proactive Health and Safety Leadership and a personal commitment to Health and Safety procedures, policies and plans.
 
- Live in or be willing to relocate to the Griffith Area (or its surrounds).
 
- A ‘can do’ attitude focused on delivering outcomes
 
- Commitment to a strong values culture and a preparedness to ‘walk the talk’.
