Philip has qualifications in Business and Nautical Science.

Steven Porter: Executive Manager Assets & Maintenance
Responsible for leading and developing the combined assets and maintenance team to deliver proactive maintenance and development services and projects. He ensures quality performance and services are delivered within appropriate time frames and agreed budgets. Also responsible for developing and implement the assets and maintenance strategy, establishing policies and activities that align with MI’s overall corporate priorities.

Michael Turnell: Executive Manager Sustainability & Governance
Responsible for leading and developing activities to support positive environmental outcomes. Michael fulfils the functions of Company Secretary, leads the development and oversight of corporate governance frameworks and, as General Counsel, ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards. Michael also represents MI in anticipating, understanding, and responding to regulatory and policy changes and outcomes.

Sam leads research and development activities and the data science team to identify transformative opportunities and solutions and promote a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Annaliese also leads our marketing and communications team to transparently promote MI’s values and objectives internally and externally, emphasising our role within the community.
