Murrumbidgee Irrigation (MI) is currently undertaking a Strategy Refresh and developing a new Corporate Plan to guide the organisation over the next decade.
We are doing this in response to significant changes shaping our operating environment — including climate variability, evolving water policy, rapid advances in technology, and rising expectations around governance and transparency. Together, these shifts are changing how MI needs to plan and operate for the long term.
As part of this process, we are seeking perspectives from our customers, partners, employees and community stakeholders on the changes shaping our operating environment, the role MI plays today, and where we should focus to remain resilient, trusted and effective into the future.
