27 August 2026 A 1% allocation enhancement will be automatically credited to eligible customer accounts on 8 September 2026. Eligible customers are irrigation customers (excluding Towns, S&D and Cudgel customers) who have more than 250DEs and who have paid their annual accounts or are in an approved payment arrangement as at 8 September 2026. This enhancement is a based on the recently announced General Security allocation, forecast deliveries, anticipated water trading prices and the overall cost environment in which we are operating.
